With respect for tastes and a constant concern for fresh produce, Chef Jean-Marie Huard generously distills the flavors of the Normandy produce that he loves so much. Cradled by the rhythm of the seasons and by its desires of the moment, the Normandy character cooking well-tempered by our Master Restaurateur is at the same time simple and inventive.
